Puerto Rico, "The Island of Enchantment," also known as "Borinquen," coalesces the Lesser Antilles
with the Greater Antilles in the Caribbean.

During the 90's Puerto Ricos east coast was considered by the United States military to be a major
experimental staging ground for ' warineering' projects it was sometimes referred to as Area 52.
The bio-region known as the Spanish Virgin Islands were the Island of Vieques is located was its HQ.

As a space academy alumni preparing to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I am reconnecting with Drexel
University to finalize my academia. As a scenic artist / event planner, I am reality engineering my
knowledge base with memetics, noetics and material sciences to bioneer Area52 as a training ground
for eco-global-sustainability projects. I enjoy being part of board room discussions with others working
on re-engineer political systems, corporate structures and help accommodate new practices which will
eventually led to applied green technologies. I dabble with websites ( I designed this one, ) social soft
networking, recyclable art, multi-visual / audio projects using computer technology and survivalist
traveling and experiencing outdoor gatherings.

I am plan to complete my education through experience based performance & distance education, while
learning to complete a thesis on humanitarian outreach projects using space age high technology for
Drevel University. I have contributed to several global think tanks & networks in the following regions.

Article I. To catalyze multi cultural, multi generational, collaboration & co operation supporting &
promoting social entrepreneurship in neighborhoods, communities, schools & universities of the world
to help bring celebration out of protests.

Article II. We are working on presenting in depth views of global networks which are facilitating life on
earth post Cosmo-genesis 2012. We contribute by creating artificial realities which coincide with global
political and media events.

(A) The specific purpose of this corporation is to act as a Global Educational Initiative.
To provide ceremonial leadership during our religious ceremonies.

(B) To promote the health, education and welfare of people, communities and governments of the world
through our various gatherings, rallies, events, teach-ins, fund-raisers and other involvements
promoting higher education and quality of life including the benefits of the plant cannabis sativa; towards
Industrial, agricultural, medicinal, religious & social evolution.

Article III. (©) To establish and maintain what is known as “The Lemurian Web” in its various forms and
related interpretations expressed by informational website’s or groups, dedicated to the informing,
educating, and promoting of organizations through peaceful means. Specifically through continued
monitoring and communicating with the various news sources, organizations, website’s and any other
means of media relating to topics covered in such sites. To make public any and all information which
we fell promotes world love, peace & freedom.

(A) To educate and discuss in open platform the need to expand horizons in Cloning Human and other
derivative cloning projects which could enhance quality of life and extend human evolution in the event of
genetic damage or sterility of human kind. To religiously set mandates on vectors and parameters on
said activities.

Article IIII.         Suggestions for Affiliation:

1. Advanced computer knowledge and ability to send and receive email's weekly.
2. Attendance of at least 4 events or activities organized by steering committee members or
organizational ambassadors throughout the year.
3. To maintain oneself in a manner of continued education and learning regarding topics directed by
steering committee or ambassador members at events held throughout the year.
4. Pursue abilities and resources which maintain continued travel and computer accessibility.
5. Spend time in counsel and open communication with local community leaders and acknowledged
contributors of society at large which represent a Global Community of Nations.

your event to the world with different approaches that all harmonize together.
